% Black Population in Montgomery County
This map represent the percent of the Black Population residing in Montgomery County. Unlike the map of the percent of the White Population, much of the Black Population seems to be most prevalent around the more urban areas, more specifically around Silver Spring nearing Washington, D.C. The percent of the Black Population positively correlates with the AIDS rates if referred back the to AIDS Rate Map or the X-Y Scatterplot.
