Positive Correlations:
In both the % Black Population vs AIDS Rate and the % Hispanic or Latino vs AIDS Rate a distinct positive correlation is demonstrated in these scatter plots. While a majority of the zip codes seem to experience a low percentage of the Black and Hispanic or Latino populations, the AIDS rate is relatively low. There are indeed, however, several points outside of the main cluster revealing the general trend of the county. Compared to the entire county, for each race population examined there appears to be a low AIDS rate in Potomac, however the % White population is much greater than either the Black or Hispanic populations.

Correlations of Race and AIDS Rate
In these graphs, the AIDS rate and percent race is plotted for each zip code revealing the positive and negative correlations. With such strong correlations, there is evidence that efforts in prevention and treatment need to be targeted in both the Black and Hispanic or Latino communities instead of just the Black population alone as previously suggested when determining the rate of AIDS for these races.
Negative Correlation:
Here the plots clearly have a negative slope exhibiting the negative correlation for the % White population vs AIDS rates. Indicates my zip code, 20854, in Potomac, Maryland.
