A solution to this chaos is not easily attainable. There are many centers in the Bronx and New York City in general that are solely geared towards preventing and treating AIDS, yet the AIDS rate in the Bronx is still astronomical. One remedy to this situation is to increase awareness and educate the masses. Although advertisements exist in the Bronx that inform people of the AIDS problem in the world, there are barely any ads that offer information about treatment centers. If advertisements, the biggest way to reach a large mass of people, are nonexistent then it gives the image that there is no problem in the Bronx. One could simply let the mayor give a public service announcement after having a thorough look at the crisis in the Bronx.
