Moving on from race, the next attribute we will compare to the AIDS rate is education.  When comparing the percent of the population with out high school diploma to the AIDS rate, the correlation was positive [0.3036]. The results prove that since there is a stronger correlation between education and the AIDS rate, if there were more education the AIDS rate would decrease. The correlations of the percent of property and violent crimes are also positive [Table 8] because while there is less education, kids get into more trouble with their time left alone. With education come responsibility and respect for oneself. Resulting in if there were more schools and lower costs for education, the AIDS rates in the district would reduce.
