When looking at the graphs for correlation values, zip code 10025 seems to plot away from the other points, possibly altering the correlation values for all 13 zip codes. 10025 effects the graphs and values for median income, the general infected white population (Ref Graph 3), white cases and IDU transmission (Ref Graph 5), and MSM transmission among white men (Ref Graph 16). When 10025 is removed from the correlation for the three graphs pertaining to the White population, the values all increased, yet not enough to make them significant. 10025 does play a large role in the correlation value between median income and the AIDS rate. When the correlation is taken without 10025, the value is |0.804|, up from |0.410| (Ref Table 5). Since 10025 has the greatest median income out of the 13 zip codes ($49,733) (Ref Table 5), this helps solidify the connection between low income and the risk of contracting AIDS.
