AIDS In Onondaga County | |
|
After doing the correlation analysis of AIDS rates in Onondaga county, it is statistically significant that there is a relationship between income, poverty, racial population, and their relationship to AIDS rates. It is not surprising that there is a correlation between wealth and poverty and a lower and higher AIDS rate, respectively. This brings about the question ‘What should be done?” Quite obviously it can’t be something which will cost excessive amount of money for those who are infected, considering those infected are statistically impoverished. Something must be done as a collective effort among all the population in Onondaga County to help assist in the lowering of AIDS rates and the poverty associated with it.
