PRACTICAL ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION
As a part of our project, our group created and refined several activities/lesson plans for a forth grade classroom. The activities stress the importance of interdependence, connections and balance in the ecosystem. The presentation as a whole was presented before three groups of forth graders at Hamilton Central School in Hamilton, NY. The lessons use small group activities and hands on learning to demonstrate our key principles.
