Conclusions:

After examining the correlations for the zipcodes in Erie County, I observed that problems such as AIDS rates and low household incomes exist in continuity.  The same zipcodes that face health problems as conveyed by high rates are also plagued by economic debacles as illustrated in increased percentage of households receiving public assistance, demonstrating a catastrophic consistency.  In order to ameliorate the effect of AIDS on the population efforts must be aimed at the clusters of zipcodes that exhibit problematic rates in comparison with the national average, such as 14201, 14202, 14203, and 14208 and 14209.
