Orange County is densely populated with white people. And it only seems plausible to me that the majority would share in the problem of AIDS, but this is not so. Orange County is a reflection of the nation in the since that the burden rests on the black minority. A few of the correlations that I tried were percent White vs. AIDS rate and Percent White Female vs AIDS rate. Neither of the two correlated. I did construct maps to gather a better understanding of the racial mix or lack there of. |
