Through the census website I got the number of homes in Orange County that are on public assistance and households that are below the poverty line. Neither of these numbers once correlated had significance coming in at 0.0132 and 0.1088 respectively When looking at the chart about households below the poverty level compared with AIDS it is easy to see that while poverty is low there is still something driving up the AIDS rate.
