 It was initially important to acknowledge and recognize that AIDS is a problem in Somerset County, New Jersey; now it is time to take action.  To realistically prevent further spread of HIV/AIDS, one must first focus on a specific demographic group.  After determining which group is need of the most help, it is essential to understand what is preventing them from stopping their high risk behaviors.  Using knowledge about the demographic group and recognizing the existing barriers, an effective solution can be created and must be implemented.
